A Website, It’s Only As Good As a Web Host

Very, very rarely will Nomzo.com go offline and you’re greeted by an error page. One of those pull-your-hair-out moments happened earlier today as we were a little overexuberant upgrading multiple WordPress plugins across our network of websites.

The majority of our sites are hosted with Liquid Web, whose servers are located in Lansing, Michigan. One quick email to support and the problem was fixed within 2 minutes. “Heroic Support” is Liquid Web’s trademarked slogan, and boy does it hold true. Absolutely outstanding service!
